Yes, Appolices Wallet is 100% free for clients. You can organize your policies, upload documents, and use our tools with zero fees or lock-ins.

Who is the registered insurance broker?

The licensed broker is Philippe Lima António, accredited and registered with the ASF (Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority) under licence number 322575544.

How does automatic email import work?

Using secure OAuth authorization with Gmail or Outlook, our technology strictly identifies and imports insurance policies and receipts without accessing unrelated personal emails.

What is a mediation transfer and how much does it cost?

A mediation transfer simply appoints Appolices to manage and support your existing insurance contracts. It is 100% free and regulated by the ASF. Your insurers, premiums, and terms remain completely unchanged.

How does the AI Policy Assistant work?

Our AI assistant reads your uploaded policy documents and clauses to provide instant, plain-language answers to questions regarding deductibles, exclusions, or specific coverages.

How are PPR and capitalisation policies tracked?

Our investment dashboard lets you track the evolution of your Retirement Savings Plans (PPR), capitalisation life insurance, and Unit-Linked (ULK) funds with updated statements verified by your broker.

Is my personal data and documentation safe?
