Access to Appolices Wallet is provided for policy organization, consultation, and mediation support. The user agrees to provide accurate details and maintain account credentials securely.
3. Mediation Services and Policy Quotes
Quotes and simulations are informative and non-binding until formally confirmed by the corresponding insurer. Policy issuance is subject to the Insurance Contract Legal Regime (DL 72/2008).
4. Intellectual Property and Data Protection
All trademarks, content, and software are proprietary to the operator. Personal data processing strictly follows our Privacy Policy in compliance with the GDPR.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, users may access accredited consumer arbitration entities or submit feedback via the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
